The Darimo IX2 stem is designed for mountain and road bikes, with a reference weight of just 66 grams in the 100 mm length.

Manufactured in a single piece from unidirectional and bidirectional carbon fabrics, its carefully constructed laminate reduces weight while maintaining vertical and torsional stiffness. The front has an integrated, non-removable cap with two screws on the bottom for a clean appearance.

Each stem is laminated by hand, with the exact number of carbon layers and their orientation tailored to each point of the stem. M4 titanium screws use larger heads to help prevent damage during assembly, paired with small anodized 7075 aluminium nuts.
