Look Aerostem Stem

The AEROSTEM carbon stem takes the form of a so-called “horizontal” tube to ensure perfect cohesion between the handlebars and the frame.

Direct Drive concept

Using a new patented tightening system, this stem can be tilted slightly (from -13° to 17°). This avoids adding many spacers, which decreases the lateral stiffness of the bicycle and steering accuracy.

Its ultra-light carbon body and its integrated front collar give the Aerostem high rigidity and low weight while optimizing aerodynamic performance.

Although the same tensioning device is installed on the fork as in the C-Stem, it differs from the latter in the shape of the body and the lack of a frontal cover.

The traditional screw-on cover is replaced by a very resistant and light stainless steel clamp. The clamp is tightened with 2 small screws that disappear behind the bracket inside the stem. In this way, no protuberances disturb the air permeability coefficient of this super-light and ultra-modern “bug”.

• Carbon stem with sleek aero design without faceplate.
• Better handlebar tightening distribution.
• Large choice of height and angle adjustment.
• Ultra rigid HM carbon composition.
• Direct Drive concept.
